Can I add our logo and brand colours to Microsoft Bookings?

Where the logo and colour settings live#

There are two places, and people often miss the second one.

1. Upload the logo. Open Bookings, go to Shared booking pages, pick your page, then select Business information in the left pane. Under the logo section select Change, then Upload photo, then Save. The business name you type in Basic details on the same page is the name shown on the booking page.
2. Turn the logo on and pick a colour. Select Booking page in the left pane and scroll to Customize your page. Here you choose a colour theme and whether to display your business logo. Microsoft's support article describes the theme as "the color combination that most closely matches your brand" and notes the default is a neutral blue/grey.
3. Save the booking page and open the public link in a private browser window to check the result.

If the logo doesn't appear on the public page, check the display toggle in step 2 before re-uploading. If it vanishes after saving, see why the Bookings logo is blurry or won't save.

What you can and can't brand#

The Microsoft Graph bookingPageSettings resource is the clearest list of what Microsoft lets you control. Its brand-related settings are one colour value, a logo on/off flag, privacy policy and terms URLs, and a customer consent message. Nothing else about appearance is exposed.

Exact brand hex colours#

This is the part that frustrates most people. In the older Bookings interface there was a custom colour option that rejected valid hex codes with "must be in the format #123456". That Microsoft Q&A thread has more than 60 "same question" votes and was locked without a fix.

The Graph API still describes the page colour as a hex value (example #123456), which suggests a custom colour is possible underneath. Whether the current web interface shows a free hex field or only preset swatches is not something Microsoft documents, and the swatch list itself isn't published. If you see only presets, pick the closest one; there is no supported way to force an exact brand colour through the UI.

No central branding for many pages#
